1. Information We Collect (Minimal Collection Only)

We only collect the following information that is necessary to operate the service:

a. Account Information (only if you voluntarily create an account)

• Email address
• Login credentials (used only for authentication and access unlocking)

b. Communication Information

• The contents of emails or messages you voluntarily send to us

c. Security and Technical Information (automatically collected for abuse prevention)

• IP address
• Basic browser and device information
• Activity records (used only to detect malicious behavior, such as brute-force login attempts or abuse of unlocked access)

We do not collect:

• Any location data, payment information, or sensitive personal information
• Any data used for advertising or user profiling
• Any interactions between users and AI tools (and we do not use any such data to train AI models)

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for the following purposes:

• Maintaining your login session
• Remembering that you have unlocked full access
• Preventing malicious attacks (such as rate limiting)

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging in or unlocking full content.

• Account information: retained while your account is active, and for up to 30 days after account deletion
• Security logs (such as IP addresses): retained for up to 30 days, only for abuse prevention
• Communication messages: retained only until the issue is resolved, and no longer than 30 days afterward

After the applicable retention period, we will automatically delete or anonymize the data. We will not retain it longer unless legally required to do so.

6. Age Requirement

This service is intended only for users aged 13 and older.

We do not actively target users in the European Union, and we do not know users' exact ages. If we become aware that a user may be under 13 years old (or under a higher minimum age required by local law), we will promptly delete the relevant information.

7. Special Notice for International Users

This service is primarily intended for users in the United States, and the servers are located in the United States.

We do not actively target or market this service to users in the EU, EEA, UK, or other regions with strict privacy laws.

If you access and use this service from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee compliance with all laws applicable in your local jurisdiction.

8. Your Rights

You may request at any time to:

• Access, correct, or delete your information
• Delete your account (we will process deletion within 30 days unless retention is required for security or legal reasons)

To make a request, please email [email protected]. We will verify your identity and respond as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 1–2 weeks.

California users may also have additional rights under the CPRA.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, such as encrypted storage and access controls. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we update this Policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
