Builder Stack Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

Builder Stack is a completely free platform for discovering, ranking, and displaying information about AI tools.

Users who are not logged in may only access limited content. After successfully logging in, users can unlock full access to all pages and features. There are no payment or subscription requirements.

I may update, modify, suspend, or remove any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

By using the Service, you represent and confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old; and
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

This information may change at any time, and I do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or suitability.

All rankings, categories, and presentation methods are determined solely at my discretion. I may add, remove, reorder, or modify any tool at any time.

The Service is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, business, or other professional advice.

Any decision to click on third-party links or use third-party tools is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
